Terms and conditions
Validity of the promotion

Offer valid from the 1st August 2019 until the 30th of September 2019 (the Promotional Period).

The offer will apply to any Individual International Health Policy worth over €1,000 (or euro equivalent), quoted and incepted during the months of August and September 2019, with the exception of policies sold in partnership with Allianz China General Insurance Company.

The policies must be quoted and incepted during the Promotional Period to be valid.
Who can avail of the promotion?

The Health Benefits Promotion is open to all policyholder aged 18 years or over.

The policyholder can claim his Health Benefit at the earliest 60 days after inception of his policy and before the renewal date of the insurance contract.
What are Health Benefits?

Health Benefits refers to : gym memberships, personal trainer session, sport sessions (yoga, tennis, swimming etc), fitness wearables, home gym equipment, sport massage or visit to a dietician.

The policyholder can claim money back on the Health Benefit of his choice up to the value of €150 (or € equivalent).
How to avail of the Health Benefits?

Only one Health Benefit worth €150 (or € equivalent) can be claimed per policy.

Only Health Benefits purchased after the start date of the policy can be claimed back.

The Health Benefit claim can be requested at the earliest 60 days after inception of the international health insurance policy and may not be claim after the renewal date of the insurance contract.

The Health Benefit will be paid to the policyholder upon request.

The money back on Health Benefit is payable upon receipt by Allianz Care of proof of payment and request by the policyholder.

The claim will be paid to the bank details given by the policyholder.

All claims in respect to the Health Benefits should be sent to Health.Matters@allianzcare.com.
Other important information:

If the policyholder cancels their policy within the first 60 days without reasonable cause Allianz Care reserves the right not to reimburse the policyholder for their chosen Health Benefit.

Allianz Care will collect, use and manage personal information provided in each entry in accordance with its privacy policy accessible online at: ttps://www.allianzworldwidecare.com/en/privacy/

Allianz Care reserve the right to change or cancel this Promotion at any time in the future.

Allianz Care’s decision in respect of all matters to do with this Promotion shall be final.

Nothing in the Health Benefits promotion will be deemed to constitute a partnership between Allianz Care and any Health Benefits provider nor make either party the agent of the other party for any purpose.

The promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Irish law and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
