REFER A FRIEND
and get up to €150 back on Health Benefits

The policyholder (the Entrant) referring their friend (the Referral) must have collected consent from the Referral before entering them into the Refer a Friend Programme.

By entering the Refer a Friend Programme, both Entrant and Referral agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Refer a Friend Programme is open to persons aged 18 years or over only.

Offer valid from the 1st April 2019 until the 31st of December 2022 (the Promotional Period). Friend’s referrals must be made during the Promotional Period to be valid.

The Refer a friend Programme will be open to Entrants with valid international health insurance policy with Allianz Group during the Promotional Period.

If the Referral cancels their policy within the first 60 days without reasonable cause Allianz Care reserves the right not to send the money back on their chosen Health Benefit to both the Entrant and the Referral.

€150 back on their chosen Health Benefits will be transferred to both the Entrant and the Referral 60 days after receiving payment of the Referral’s international health insurance policy.

Health Benefits refers to : gym memberships, personal trainer session, sport sessions (yoga, tennis, swimming etc), fitness wearables, home gym equipment, sport massage or visit to a dietician.

The money back on Health Benefits are payable upon receipt by Allianz Care of proof of payment and bank details where to transfer the funds for both Entrant and Referral. These should be sent to Health.Matters@allianzcare.com .

Entrants may enter one or more Referral(s) during the Promotional Period.

Allianz Care will collect, use and manage personal information provided in each entry in accordance with its privacy policy accessible online at: https://www.allianzworldwidecare.com/en/privacy/

Allianz Care reserve the right to change or cancel this Programme at any time in the future.

No responsibility can be accepted for Referrals not received by Allianz Care for whatever reason.

Allianz Care’s decision in respect of all matters to do with this Programme shall be final.

Nothing in the Refer a friend Programme will be deemed to constitute a partnership between Allianz Care and any Health Benefits provider nor make either party the agent of the other party for any purpose.

The promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Irish law and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts
